We have to find a new stable still, but the biggest obstacle these days seems to be the name. You need to put a name on the founding documents. Dada wants spirit, bond, soul, hope, dream and a few other words included. Kate wants a pun.
Here are my suggestions:
- Stirrup your soul, but that is partly appropriated (stolen) from a riding program in Georgia my friend Lynne told me about.
- Let's ride
- Galloping
- Unbroken

Hey, Matt -- I like those 2 entries, and appropriated or not (as long as it's not fully appropriated), I like Stirrup Your Soul -- I mean that's what horses do to each of us, right? I'd like to have my soul stirred any day of the week, morning or night, winter or summer, mare or gelding, just four legs and willingness to go! Guess who? No puns.....
So glad to hear things are moving ahead! Go Matt and Dada!!!!
My suggestions (and I am, after all, the queen of the headline pun...)
1. Ride On (you know, like "right on!") Equestrian Center
2. Take the Reins (because taking control -- and learning to control an 1,100-pound animal -- is an empowering thing)
3. Hoof Hearted (OK, say it out loud three times fast. Now *there's* a pun!)

OK , let me try to explain what and why SPIRIT- Open Equestrian Center
Because - Spirit is something what connect all of us, no matter of physical or mental shape and/or ability we have in life...and lot of people consider love as the highest expression of Spirit...and it is about love
Open - as this program will be open for all potential clients, no limits regarding ability...
Equestrian - as there are so much more than just riding about horses, people and life we want to teach....and horses will help us....
I hope that this helped a little bit...

Hi -- don't know Melissa, but I like "Take the Reins" -- yes, I am a two thirds of a pun person (that's "P,U ") -- and I like Unbroken Spirit, Matt!!

Spirit or Equispirit, it is!
Equispirit is a semi-popular brand of horse trailer, so I'd veer away from that (not that aluminum skin and dual axels aren't inspiring), but Spirit Open sounds great.
As Winston Churchill famously said, "There is something about the outside of a horse that's good for the inside of a man."
